We are back! Our molds look a little different now, all molds offer removable attachment blocking and are fully ambidextrous. Trim jigs are 3d printed and come in ambi, right hand, and left hand options. All of this has helped lower the prices of our molds. We are also offering all of our 3d scans for sale if you want to 3d print your own folding props or design your own molds. We are working on rebuilding our mold offerings and will have new models available weekly. Reach out if you have any questions or if you have mold suggestions for what gets made next!

Update on Molds

We’re in the process of moving to a new shop, so we’re pausing all mold production until the new shop is set up. During this time, we won’t be taking new orders for molds, but 3D printing and props are still available as usual.

Once we’re set up in the new space, molds will be back! Thanks for your patience, and we’ll post an update when we’re ready to take orders again.

The CNC machine that got me into manufacturing found a new life. We were able to donate it to a local robotics team that will be putting it to good use, middle and high school students will be using it to design and build parts for their competition robots. I hope this machine inspires them to explore machining, designing, and programming as paths they can take, just like it did for me!

Both versions of the Staccato CS are available as folding props! In late 2023 they updated the frame to be wider and slightly taller than the original model, when making holsters you should verify what model your customer has to ensure proper fitment with the mold you’re using.
