Great turnout at the Brickell Homeowners Association’s annual Hurricane Panel Luncheon, “Board Room to Storm Room: Planning Together".

This event brings together condo board members each year to talk through real-world hurricane preparedness—before, during, and after the storm. With a full room and strong engagement, it was a great conversation on what it truly takes to be ready in a hurricane-prone community.

The panel included experts across legal, insurance, restoration, roofing, emergency services, and engineering. Proud to have Sinisa Kolar, P.E., Principal of The Falcon Group South Florida, representing our team and sharing insight from an engineering perspective.

Big thanks to the Brickell Homeowners Association for putting together such a valuable and well-attended event (with a little unexpected energy from the crowd that made it even more memorable).

We had a great time at the Orlando Condo & HOA Expo on April 28, 2026! Our team was proud to present a CEU session covering capital reserve legal updates, led by our Florida Principal, Sinisa Kolar, P.E.

Last month, our Florida Principal, Sinisa Kolar, P.E., was invited to present to two of FirstService Residential's top property management teams at their Q2 management meeting, hosted at the Pullman Hotel in Miami by Chris Hevia and Dante Chiabra.

Sinisa delivered an in-depth session on the fundamentals of concrete restoration, covering everything from what causes concrete to fail in our South Florida environment to how to properly scope, specify, budget, and oversee a successful restoration project. Critical knowledge for any property manager or board overseeing condominium communities in our coastal climate.

Thank you to FirstService Residential for the opportunity, and to co-sponsors Colliers and Miami Parking Inc. for their participation. We look forward to continuing to grow this partnership and supporting their teams and communities!
