This style is called a ๐ ๐จ๐จ๐-๐ง๐ž๐ข๐ ๐ก๐›๐จ๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž,
and the name's not a marketing thingโ€”it actually is one.

Boards alternate sides of the rail, so the fence looks the same from both yards. No "good side" and "bad side."

Josh hired us for the full thingโ€”rebuilding a rotting deck, swapping two leaky windows for a sliding glass door, and adding a 10x10 cedar deck off the back.

Here we have a deck about 16in off the ground, with a ramp on one side, and a box stair on the sides. We ran 3 support beams underneath the framing, that sit on concrete piers. We spaced our joists 24in on center, and we used "ELITE DECK BOARDS " from builders first source in seaside. This deck is 20ft by 20ft plus the ramp.

Here's a couple smaller fence jobs we just finished up!
We definitely aren't the CHEAPEST construction company out there. I think we are competitive with other companies, but i hear ALOT from women especially, that other contactors, especially cheaper ones, dont listen to what the client wants, or what they want the end result to be. Ive also heard more than 5 times recently, that another company underbid us, only to find out it was a "LABOR ONLY " bid, and by the time the client bought materials, they actually paid MORE than my bid that included everything. I also try to give more than one option. At least 2 or 3 options. So its easier to compare apples to apples ๐ŸŽ
Our fence prices start at 75$ per linear foot, that includes galvanized steel posts every 6ft, in 24in of concrete! Which makes the fence incredibly strong ๐Ÿ’ช no worries about wind when the posts are 1/4" thick steel , in concrete. The price difference between wood and steel is about 25$. If you're paying 5k for a fence, doesn't it make sense to spend an extra 500$ and use steel posts? I will give as many choices and prices as possible.

Do you have SIDING that needs replaced? Are you unsure?
WELL, we are running some special pricing right now for smooth face hardi plank siding. Its already been primed and painted a dark greenish blue color, BUT can absolutely be painted to match whatever color your home is!?
Ill attach a couple pictures of what it looks like. Basically I purchased a whole unit of this hardi plank siding, and i only needed about a third of it, for my current project.
We use hydrogap underlayment under the hardiplank siding , and we use ledger trim, with flashing, as well as flashing at each seam, underneath the seam, as recommended by the manufacturer.
