On November 15, Charles Mann Enterprises, LLC had the privilege of visiting the Maryland State Capital in Annapolis Maryland. We had a productive conversation with Maryland Secretary of Labor Kelly Schulz , Executive Director for Governor's Office of Community Initiatives Steven McAdams , and Special Secretary Mr. Jimmy Rhee. Under the leadership of Secretary Schulz , Maryland has expanded its apprenticeship programs.
