2nd career install went up yesterday!! This family chose to take full advantage of our PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) program. I’m excited for the savings they will now Accrue throughout the years and look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

The benefits of net metering.

All unused energy that the panels create, will be bounced back to your local utility company. Those credits accrue overtime. So in the winter months or even during the summer when you use the air conditions, pools, etc. There may be times you will have to tap into the grid, those credits take care of those costs.

Call or google your utility company and ask if they have a net metering program for solar.

Then call me 😀

National Grid will be increasing their rates this winter once again. Remember that spike that seemed to never really come down since last year? Brace yourself for another surge!!!

Why continue to OVERPAY when you have a better option?!?

A Boston-based environmental agency is trying to prevent National Grid from passing on the costs to customers this fall.

My customer just sent me this screenshot. They were given the green light to power up their system!!

Let the savings begin!!!

I was able to get a whopping 171% usage offset system for this customer. Expecting to produce 14.1K KWH a year. Much more than they will actually consume. All the energy that they will not use, will then turn into credits towards their utility company bill. This customer now pays a very low flat rate for the next 25 years, and will never see $400+ electric bills ever again.

Many may think this is an overnight success type of job. Truth be told, it takes a lot of guts (guts that I’m still developing), to knock on a strangers door and spark a conversation.

For those that TRULY know me, I’m really not into speaking to strangers. But I have never turned down to help those in need. This job is much more than sales, our product allows people to save tons of money and add value to their properties.

Traveling day after day alone allows me to self reflect, and stay focused as to why I do what I do and who I do it for.

Got a site survey done this morning.

This is a free thorough home inspection done. The Integrity of the structure, electrical panels and the ins and outs of the houses’ health is tested.

A drone is also used to get specific measurements and Sun hours for our customers.

Went to someone’s house today, he showed me the solar panels he made. These panels follow the Sun, they rotate , flatten and angle themselves all day long to get 100% sun hours.

This man has $700 worth of credits already saved for the winter months if he needs to tap into the grid for electricity.

He said he spent about $16,000 in materials.

It was a great productive conversation.

Sometimes you won’t get a sale but you’ll gain knowledge and an ally.

Did you know for many states, you are getting electricity from out of state? Resulting in your utility company charging YOU for delivery fees?

Did you also know you are paying for your neighbors to get solar for $0 out of pocket? And have electric vehicle chargers at their homes installed for free?

Look at all the charges this homeowner pays, nothing has to do with their electric consumption for that cycle. Why not cut all these charges out and produce your own energy and pay for what you use?
