Little step by step of this rake I built for my friend’s business 4 C’s GroundWorx LLC. Turned out really well and was a fun build!

6’x4’ with a standard skid steer mount.

3/8” teeth all cut on the plasma table for a hardened edge.

First time really putting this little brake to work. Did some modifying to it right away. It made easy work of these aluminum bends today. Sure beats bending them with boards or welding every corner seam like I used to.

The part of this people don’t see. I’ve spent countless hours in front of this computer designing and drawing everything that I cut. I rarely buy files from anyone else, I try to draw and design everything I do myself. I spent weeks learning CAD and programming before I ever bought my cnc table. When I take on a job, this is the part that’s rarely seen and often takes the most time out of everything.
