 Winch Truck Operator — starting pay: $34/hr (depending on experience)
 Hotshot & Slick Truck Drivers — starting pay: $28–$32/hr (depending on experience)

Requirements
 Minimum 2 years relevant driving experience
 Clean driving record
 Must pass pre-employment drug test

ConocoPhillips Charity Glow Golf Tournament

Our First Golf Tournament setting up on a hole and what a Great time it was. We got to meet a lot of great people, was a great morning session. With the Glow Golf starting @ dusk the course lit up all around and we had a blast. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent and took the time to talk with us was nice to put some faces to some names.

The team has been diligently working on relocating to a new location while managing their workload, resulting in a hectic period around 3C. I would like to give a Big Thank You to KALIP LLC General Contractor. They have been helping us rebuild at are new location. They have literally renovated the complete inside of our new office building and training facility. They took on our new shop build from start to finish and have handled Any project I throw at them. Every project I have given them has been done on schedule in a timely manner and to professional quality. If you need a General Contractor I Highly recommend KALIP LLC!!

A couple of weeks ago, we had a very special member of our team decide to start his retirement. Robert Richard started with us in 2022 and was a valuable member of our team. He is now enjoying the sunshine and his wife, and the life he has worked so hard to build. Congratulations Robert. Enjoy Mexico, my friend, hope to come see you soon!
