Beautiful day for the first roof of the season, and it happens to be our very own!

Hard to believe we’re coming up on almost a year since the big hailstorm our area went through… and we finally made it around to fixing our own roof (which also had hail damage 😅).

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

This morning, we officially closed on the sale of our commercial space at 725 4th St. SW (across from the bowling alley).

And now… we’re excited to share that JD Builders is moving DOWNTOWN 🎉

Our new mailing address will be:
📍 105 E Bremer Ave

We’re planning to open early Spring and will have set hours for customers to stop in, meet with us, and visit our new showroom and meeting space, where you’ll be able to view and select siding, decking, railing, screening, and exterior finish options for your project (and yes — coffee will be on ☕).

As we continue to grow, we’re proud to offer the same high-quality services you know and trust, along with expanded options and new opportunities coming soon.

We’re excited to be part of the downtown Waverly community and can’t wait to welcome you into our new space.
