When we evaluated the home, we found that air leakage into the attic was part of the problem. Conditioned air was able to escape through hidden gaps, top plates, and the attic access.

We air sealed the attic, sealed the top plates, and properly sealed and insulated the attic access to create a tighter thermal boundary.

Dan wanted his garage to stay more comfortable throughout the year and his two walk-in storage areas to be protected from extreme temperatures.
