I made this post in October of 2021.
For those that know, I am very happy to see people growing the courage to stand up to these ratty š contractors wanting to be below market rates.
You donāt need to Unionize to Organize together to demand stronger wages. Rates today are lower than they were 10 years ago especially considering the cost of living, tools, trucks, machines etcā¦. Just make sure you donāt have a dumb f**k willing to accept those below wage standards after you drag.
Remember, these contractors will have no other option but to comply as they canāt go any further without yall.
