If you’re coming to one of this week’s markets and you’d like us to bring and hold something for you, just let us know! We hate to turn customers away because we sold out, or we didn’t bring your favorite bean. Or maybe you want a 2 lb bag that we typically don’t bring to the markets. Or maybe you want something coarse ground which we typically don’t bring to the markets. Just let us know. We’ve got you!

No markets for us this weekend, but here’s where you’ll find us next week starting with the Wendell Night Market on Thursday, followed by the Cary Farmers Market on Saturday. And yes, you read that correctly, we’ll be in Cary twice in June. As a matter of fact, we are increasing our attendance in Cary to twice a month for the remainder of the season!

Sure I’m roasting coffee just about every day, but sometimes I get a few hours to indulge in one of my other passions, motorcycles. Before relocating from Michigan to North Carolina I sold all my remaining motorcycles with plans to buy another one once I figured out which would be best for the local roadways and terrain. Well it’s taken me a few years to sort that out but here we are, riding again!

And before you ask, no, I don’t always wear a vest and bow tie while riding….that was for the recent Distinguished Gentleman’s ride in Raleigh. 😂

Well, mistakes happen. Recently, after blending some green unroasted beans for our Dark Horse Blend, we realized we blended the wrong beans! So instead of tossing them in the dumpster we sample roasted them at various levels and discovered they make a delicious light roast! So we bring you “Silly Filly” (get the connection to our Dark Horse?). Okay, so we’re not very creative, but we think you’ll love this one. We only have about 30 lbs and when they’re gone they’re gone, so grab a bag today!
