🍺We’ve been working on a very special project for our friends And since they’ve just been named the #1 College Bar in the Northest by we just couldn’t wait to share!

🍺If you’ve been to recently, you’ve probably noticed something very important is missing:
the famous shuffle board table!

🍺We’ve been hard at work restoring this amazing piece of Jake’s history in our shop, just a block away from West Chester’s most famous watering hole.

🍺The crew officially took receipt of the refurbished table yesterday and it will be back in action very soon.

🍺We felt a truly special connection to this project, as the late Jake, himself, was a dear friend of both the Ring & Norsoph families.

🍺Jake was known to pay many a visit to Spencer & Drew at their wood shop around the corner from the bar just to shoot the breeze and talk shop. Kimberly’s Dad, Kimmy β€œRabbi” Norsoph, was also a bartender back in the 80’s.

🍺Thank you to Razio and the entire family for trusting us with this special project! Stay tuned more pictures of the finished table, back in action.

We elevated this client’s bathroom to create an updated, modern feel. A fresh, white vanity and neutral granite counter top, accented with dark metal fixtures add a sophisticated touch. We swapped out the outdated tube to create a wall-in tile shower. But the real MVP of this imagined bathroom? The heated (yes, HEATED!), wood-look dark tile flooring.

Ring Home Improvements founder, E. Spencer Ring, spent years as an apprentice studying carpentry and the art of woodworking. When he decide to start his own business, he had established a reputation as one of the finest carpenters and woodworkers in Chester County. Spencer was was known for beautifully crafting fine, customs furniture. Not to mention his attention to detail which could be found within all of his finish carpentry work.

Today, over 40 years later, Ring Home Improvements continues to offer the same level of dedicated craftsmanship to each and every client we serve. And the proof is in the product.

This artfully designed and beautifully crafted custom king-sized bed is just one example of Spencer’s talent. Made from the finest maple, with a rich, dark wood stain. This project was crafted with passion in every detail.
