Finishing the walls! Part III of this TI

Simpler looking doesn't always mean simpler to build...

A flush baseboard takes more planning, more material, and more labor than traditional trim — but that's what makes the end result worth it.

The office needed a door 🚪

The opening was already drywalled — the homeowner just wanted to close off the space. So we framed it out, hung the drywall, and took it all the way to a finished traditional door.
