Check out this drone footage as Avalon at OKC is entering the final stretch as we move closer to project completion! This modular construction community continues to make strong progress thanks to the collaboration and dedication of every team involved.

✅ Certificate of Occupancy achieved on 48 of the 80 homes
🌳 Landscaping installation is actively underway, including sod and trees
🔧 MEP trades continue trim-out activities across remaining homes
🛠️ Cabinets and countertops are nearing completion

JNC is proud to have served as the general contractor for the remodel of the shared Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce, Jamestown Tourism, and Jamestown Motor Vehicle Office building.

This project helped create a more functional, welcoming, and accessible space for Chamber members, visitors, residents, local businesses, and the teams who serve them every day.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to be part of this important community project and appreciate the collaboration of our project partners, Hillerud Construction, Inc., out of Jamestown, and RHET Architecture.

Congratulations to the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce, Jamestown Tourism, and the Jamestown Motor Vehicle Office on the completion of this remodel and ribbon cutting!

In recognition of Construction Safety Week, JNC reflects on our continued efforts to strengthen the safety culture across our projects and throughout the industry.

At JNC, we remain committed to raising the standard through our S.A.F.E. Program — See • Address • Follow-up • Educate.

Our goal is not only to hold ourselves and our trade partners accountable to the highest level of safety, but also to continuously educate and empower the workforce through lessons learned and proactive prevention.

As part of this commitment, JNC recently completed a full refresh of Forklift and Aerial Lift certifications for all field and office staff this past fall. This initiative followed collaboration with local OSHA consultants who emphasized the increased awareness surrounding forklift and equipment-related incidents observed across the industry in recent years.

Project Update!

At our 64th & Tower residential development in south Fargo on 64th Ave, we have received Certificate of Occupancy on 4 homes!

All driveways and assigned sidewalks have been poured and close out has begun on two homes in preparation for our first tenant move-ins in the coming weeks!

Additionally, we are putting the final touches on two homes that will be showcased in the upcoming Parade of Homes! Come and see these beautiful homes for yourself and reach out for purchasing details on one of the remaining lots!

🔨 Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Progress Update 🔨

We’re continuing to make strong progress across the project, with sheetrock now fully completed in the commerce area. In the bathroom, flooring and baseboard installation are currently underway and are expected to be finished by the end of this week. All flooring on track for completion next week. Mudding has officially begun, marking another key milestone, while cabinet installation is also expected to be completed next week.

We’re proud of the steady momentum and look forward to sharing more updates as the project continues to take shape.

We’re proud to continue our partnership with Domera Development, supporting the completion of a large modular construction project featuring 80 single-family homes.

After project challenges and ongoing delays, JNC was brought on mid-project to consult and help drive the development across the finish line—on time and with precision.

This opportunity aligns perfectly with our long-term vision to expand within the modular construction space and continue diversifying our partnerships and expertise.

Our Wayzata remodel project continues to move forward, with key milestones being successfully completed and upcoming phases ready for ex*****on.

Interior finishes are in full swing—painting, wallpaper, and flooring are complete, and the space is truly starting to come to life.

We’re excited to enter the next phase in the coming weeks, including final installations such as custom tables, cabinetry, countertops, and MEP trim-out.

Looking forward to bringing this project across the finish line!

Project Update: Gifted Stars Daycare
Progress continues steadily across all areas of the project, with several key milestones achieved and upcoming phases underway.

In the classroom area, drywall hanging, taping, and texturing have been completed, and painting is nearing completion. Installation of the ACT ceiling, along with MEP trim-out and interior finishes, is scheduled to begin soon.

In the office area, insulation is complete and MEP rough-in is complete or nearing completion. Drywall installation, taping, texturing, and painting commenced this week and will continue progressing in the coming days.

In the gym area, insulation and MEP rough-in are both nearing completion. Drywall installation and finishing activities are expected to begin in the near future.

We appreciate the continued efforts of all teams involved and look forward to advancing into the next phase of construction.
