Construction Update – Harvest Acres Apartment Complex

Progress is moving along at Harvest Acres! Our apartment complex project is approaching a major milestone as we near completion of the underground plumbing & electrical work.

Coming Up Next:
- Wrapping up underground plumbing & electrical
- Building slab pour
- Framing to begin in the near future

Each milestone brings us one step closer to seeing this project take shape above ground. We’re excited to keep momentum going and watch this development continue to come together!

Update alert from Lot 7 over at the 64th & Tower Development Project here in Fargo!

This house is progressing toward completion with some very productive past couple of weeks with the installation of the flooring, cabinets, countertops, MEP trim out activities and the interior millwork slated to be completed next week.

Focus will soon shift toward conducting final quality checks, completing final inspections, and preparing the home for owner walkthrough and project closeout.

We’re excited to share that construction is underway on a new cabin development in Medora, North Dakota, located just down the road from the renowned Bully Pulpit Golf Course.

Project Features: 4 custom-built cabins
• 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in each cabin
• Over 1,900 square feet per cabin
• Prime Medora location near recreation and attractions
• Designed for comfort, gathering, and year-round enjoyment

We broke ground early last week and are already making great progress on site. We're grateful for the opportunity to be part of this exciting project and look forward to bringing these cabins to life.

A little friendly competition and a lot of good company!

The JNC team recently traded the jobsite for the golf course for some well-deserved time together. It was a great opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, enjoy some friendly competition, and strengthen the relationships that make our team successful.

64th & Tower Update

Construction is progressing steadily on our new residential home at the 64th & Tower Development project.

All interior finishes are underway, with painting completed, we are setting cabinets, installing decorative stone around the fireplace and laying flooring to bring the interior to life.

The project remains focused on maintaining quality, schedule, and jobsite operations as the home continues to take shape.

Things are moving along nicely out in Miles City at the Saddlehorn Apartment Project!

The project continues to make steady progress, with concrete foundation pours currently underway, followed by our MEP underground, backfilling, building slab pours and framing activities starting in the foreseeable future.

This milestone marks the transition into the next phase of construction, as the building structure begins to take shape.

Work remains on schedule as the team continues moving forward with the planned construction activities.
