Had this Sherco Trials Bike Crankshaft mailed into the shop with some issues. The stuffers had come loose, caused the webs to become out of true. This was disassembled, the rod had to be sourced as there is no listing for this bike, it also had to be modified to work with this crankshaft. Stuffers were machined and installed as well. Shipped back to the customer, who installed it and reported the bike is alive again! The attached video is from the customer. Thank you for your business, Marshall.

Had this Puch Maxi come into the shop with a story. The customers father had found it for him, he purchased it. His father unfortunately passed away. If you know me, I am very sentimental, so I understand what this bike means to him.

The tank had rusted internally very badly. I was tasked with tearing down the entire bike down to the frame so the tank could be treated, coated, and sealed by Sanford Radiator as pre arranged by the customer (great job by Tony!). Then reassemble it.

The motor was very tired and rusty. I rebuilt it entirely with a new crank, bearings, big bore cylinder, and head. I also tuned the clutch, installed a larger carburetor and intake. The thing came to life! Of course tires, brakes, bearings were done as well. It then came back for lighting upgrades which included a full rewire and DC conversion with LED Lighting. Night time rides are now no longer dangerously dim.

Thank you for your business, Perry!

Had this XR650L come into the shop again. If you recall, this was a bike I built as a Unicorn ADV bike. Well, as you can see, it has been on some adventures, up to and including water boarding. I am not entirely sure what information this bike had/has but it didnt give it up.

This came in for a suspension service. But it was starting very hard and smoking a lot due to being swamped multiple times. It also had a very distinct knock. So it was decided to check out the top end. The small end of the rod had galled, the piston had seized in the bore at one time. To fix theses issues, I disassembled top to bottom. Rebuilt the crankshaft and trued it, replaced every bearing in the bottom end, bored and honed the cylinder for a new piston. Rebuilt the head with new components including cutting the seats concenctric to the guides. Refurbished the rocker arms and camshaft. All of the cases, head, head cover, and side covers were v***r blasted for a restored finish. I also rebuilt the forks, and shock while it was here. The Honda is ready for more adventures! Thank you for your business, Bob!

Had this KX250 come into the shop for a Top End as a preventative service. During disassembly I found one of the oil nozzles had unthreaded, and had been lodged into places it did not belong. This turned a top end job, into a bottom end tear down as well with certain parts being replaced. At least this was caught before a catastrophic failure! Back together and ready to ride! Thank you for your business, Aidan!

Had this 1999 Honda CR125 come into the shop for a restoration job of sorts. It was in really rough shape. I forgot to take before photos..... I know.... shameful. Hubs powdercoated, wheels built. Motor completely rebuilt. Also some case half weld repair and machining. Ready to rip. Thank you for your business, Kyle.

Had this 2018 TRS 300 Gold come into the shop. It had been ridden a lot, as you can see. After a complete suspension rebuild, all bearings, brakes, various upgrades, and weld repairs. The bike was ready to ride. However, the customer wanted it to look different. They wanted a Repsol themed TRS. Pretty funny. So I made cut files for the TRS, did the graphic design in the Repsol theme, and applied them. An extreme makeover of sorts. Thank you for your business, Jareth!

Had this GasGas EC300 motor come into the shop for a rebuild. Rebuilt the crankshaft with a new Rod (it had been swimming at one point in its life). Assembled with all new bearings and top end. Thank you for your business, Ben!

Had this older KTM300 come into the shop needing a full engine rebuild. I found the exhaust manifold was cracked, which is common. The cylinder and manifold are a matched set. I cut off the broken spigot, machined a new one, welded, and finish machined to size. This along with the full rebuild got this bike back in the woods. Thank you for your business, Caleb!

I am going to try and be better at posting. Lets pick up where I left off. This Arctic Cat came into the shop with some ugly noises in the bottom end. A transmission bearing decided to explode. Cleaned it all out, repaired the case half, and replaced all of the broken parts, along with a top end rebuild. Shes ready to be worked again. Thank you for your business, Mike.

Had this DR250 come into the shop, due to burning oil. After disassembly I found that the cylinder had been rust seized at one time. So I bored and honed the cylinder to the next size piston. Freshened up the head, and replaced the camshaft. The original had a crack around the threaded hole. Ready to ride! Thank you for your business, Hunter!
