Installed New front door with side window (also has Bluetooth deadbolt so you can lock or unlock your door from any location) and back door with blinds in the window of the door. New exterior trim, sealed and ready for paint. Trimmed out inside of door with 3.5" flat knotty alder to match existing trim.

Got rid of the small, skinny, beat up old oak trim and updated all the floor, door, complete window casings, as well as painted all interior doors. Also tied some of the close windows into one complete casings so it appears to be one larger window. It really freshened the house with a much brighter and alive appearance. Was a fun project as it made the house feel much cleaner and nicer inside.

Sidewalk replacement. Old sidewalk was damaged from tree roots that pushed it up too high, making it unsafe (trip hazard) for people to walk on. Richland has repair programs that helps the homeowner with cost. The hardest part of the job is keeping all the kids away from it while it's drying!

Covered patio. Can't be attached to roof because it's a manufactured home. Still able to use gutters. Shingles. Cabinet grade plywood and open rafters so it can be stained. Great shade and place to hide when it's raining during a lightening storm;-)
