Office Assistant NEEDED!!!

Are you organized, friendly, and looking for a great place to work? We are a local Construction and Property maintenance company looking for a reliable Office Assistant to help keep our projects running smoothly.

📋 What You’ll Do:

*Manage client calls & emails
*Schedule estimates & site visits
*Handle invoicing & basic bookkeeping
*Support our project managers

✅ What We’re Looking For:

*1+ year of admin experience (construction experience is a bonus!)
*English & Spanish is a plus
*Great with Microsoft Office & staying organized
*Positive attitude & good communication skills

*Part-Time or Full-Time (30–40 hrs/wk)
*M-F Schedule
$16–20/hr (depending on experience)
