Another before and after,

This time of a small decorative stamped walk.

This is a Wheat Light integral colored concrete, with a Desert Tan antique release powder and a Large Ashlar cut slate stamp pattern. Finally sealed with a high gloss acrylic sealer and a sure-grip additive to give the slick sealer some traction.

Turned out absolutely perfecto!!!đŸ€ŒđŸœđŸ€ŒđŸœ

Concrete doesn’t always need to be torn out to look brand new! 👀

This project got the Montella Cement treatment — power washed, patched, and finished with a fresh tinted overlay/overcoat to bring these steps back to life. đŸ’Ș

We specialize in decorative concrete including staining, stamp work, exposed aggregate, and overlays — but we also handle the good ol’ standard concrete work too.

Sometimes the best solution isn’t replacing it
it’s making what you’ve got look damn good again. 😎

A set of concrete steps might look simple when they’re finished, but getting there is anything but. Every tread depth, riser height, width, slope, landing, and form has to be measured and rechecked to make sure everything is safe, consistent, and up to code. It’s one of those jobs where an eighth of an inch can make a big difference.

This is the part most people never see—but it’s what separates a quality job from the rest. đŸ’ȘđŸ§±

Just a few of the jobs we’ve completed over the last couple of weeks!

One in Brighton and another in Grosse Pointe Park!

Opposite ends of the state almostđŸ€Ł

*The blue-ish white you see is a Cure and Seal additive sprayed on immediately after the finish is applied. It sprays on a milky white, dries clear and gives a very slight glossy appearance afterwards.

We’ve been accidentally ghosting Facebook
not because we ran out of concrete, but because we’ve been too busy pouring it.

Turns out actually doing the work has been getting in the way of posting about it. 😂 We’ve got a camera roll full of projects to catch you up on, so expect a lot more photos, videos, and concrete content coming your way.

Thanks for keeping us busy—we wouldn’t have it any other way! 👊

17 years later
and this driveway still speaks for itself.

This driveway was poured back in 2009, and the results are impressive. Aside from one tiny crack, it has no stains, no scratches, and very little wear after nearly two decades.

The secret? Consistent maintenance.

The homeowner—who was a builder before retiring—has sealed this driveway every single year right before winter. That yearly protection has helped keep water, salt, and harsh Michigan freeze-thaw cycles from taking their toll.

This is exactly why we stress the importance of sealing your concrete. A quality driveway is an investment, and regular maintenance can add years—even decades—to its life.

Credit where it’s due: We didn’t pour this driveway, but the original contractor did outstanding work, and the homeowner has done an equally outstanding job maintaining it. It’s a perfect example of what quality craftsmanship combined with proper care can achieve.

Protect your investment. Seal your concrete every year before winter—you’ll thank yourself years down the road.

Something a bit different this time

Before and after pictures of a stamped patio/walkway that we re-caulked and re-sealed
. However the new caulk and sealer were tinted with a new Tan/Brown color to give this beautiful stamp work the eye-catching looks it once had!

Not only do we pour standard broom finished concrete, we do decorative concrete as well such as stamped and exposed aggregate work.

We did not do this stamp job, however we did revive it with our touch!
