While helping my brothers tear out this old floor and jack the house up in the middle, do to termite damage. We noticed the duct work could use some love as well so we talked to the customer. Deciding to move forward with updating all the duct work was a good call, while replacing I noticed the holes were poorly cut out so they were not getting the full air supply to the rooms. Only taking 10 hours to solo the project I managed to turn it into something to marvel 25-30 foot of trunk line and 8 flex runs. We now have the floor joists in and continuing with subfloor! HVAC is working like charm

Transformed the outdated duct system beneath the house with new. Removed rusted-out supply, return, and 7 deteriorated supply lines that were compromising efficiency with major air leaks. Only 3 of 7 were attached and were not doing much for the tenants. I accomplished this extensive tear-out within 15 hours with a friend's help, truly going a long way. While not cutting corners, and staying budget-friendly. Hopefully, this resulted in exceeding expectations with a brand new transition that looks and feels much better.
