Client said rats made a mess of his duct work and left it blowing cold air everywhere except the house, replaced the lines, built a new plenum box, and got the air going where it needs to. Client is much happier with the end result!! 👌🏻😎

Forgot to get pictures 🙂 but family friends blower motor went out on em after 10 years of service, other a/c guy said he’d show up, but ghosted em.. good thing I got em straightened out and lines are beer can cold 👌🏻

The client, a elderly gentleman, had started the project but had to stop due to health concerns; subsequently, he hired my brother and me to finalize the porch. The client expressed satisfaction with the outcome and demonstrated his appreciation with a small gratuity.

While helping my brothers tear out this old floor and jack the house up in the middle, do to termite damage. We noticed the duct work could use some love as well so we talked to the customer. Deciding to move forward with updating all the duct work was a good call, while replacing I noticed the holes were poorly cut out so they were not getting the full air supply to the rooms. Only taking 10 hours to solo the project I managed to turn it into something to marvel 25-30 foot of trunk line and 8 flex runs. We now have the floor joists in and continuing with subfloor! HVAC is working like charm

Client's water heater experienced leakage at the hot water outlet due to rust and old fittings, in much need of replacement parts. Improved with brass fittings/design and no leaks! 👌🏻 Thanks due to my brother coming in clutch with the ratchet trick! 🫶🏻
