Our members represented our chapter so well this week at county fair with phenomenal livestock, showmanship skills, and sportsmanship. Here's a few highlights! We have many headed to state fair in a few weeks to finish their show season so please come check out their success! And finally, thank you to all of the 2025 Platte County Junior Livestock Sale Buyers and supporters from last night!

Your 2025 Platte County Champion FFA swine showman is one of our own, Peyton! Congratulations, rockstar!!! Up this morning at 8:00 am is our sheep show, and market swine show will be this evening!

To all members showing under Laramie Peak FFA: please make sure you pick up a vet check form from the extension office this week! Also, if you need access to a colored printer for buyer flyers please let Mrs. Mac know! Also, we do have extra official dress jackets, it’d be a good idea to try those on and let Mrs. Mac know if you need a different size before fair week. Finally, all Laramie Peak FFA members are welcome to join us for the parade on Saturday, August 2nd! We will post more details regarding where to meet to jump on the float as we get closer to the date.
