Be careful out there folks. If a roofing contractor ask you for money up front , run. If he tells you he can roof your home without paying your deductible, run. If he pushes you to hurry and get your roof replaced, run. May is the biggest hail month we have in Texas. May is the most unpredictable weather month out of all 12 of them. WE STILL HAVE A MONTH OF STORM SEASON LEFT! Zero rush to install a roof unless you are leaking. Make sure you have a roof inspection done prior to filing a claim to verify you have damage. If damaged, go ahead and file your claim to get that process over. Then hold on the install til after storm/rainy season is over. When considering your type of new roof, be sure and ask your insurance provider what kind of cost savings you will receive for installing a class 4 impact resistant roof. Sneak peak of a BIG ONE we’ve been on a for a few weeks. Demo and framing complete. Removed/reconfigured walls everywhere. Plumbing rough in in progress. Big transformation coming. Final pics coming this spring!

Another remodel we finished up last month. Mother in law suite. New bedroom, closet, and bathroom. Tore out old bath tub and put in new walk in shower. New counter tops, plumbing fixtures, lighting upgrades, texture, paint, floors, trim. Turned out awesome!

Big thanks to Memo’s Concrete today! 3500sf approach, driveway, and patio extension for this HUGE 3 car garage, patio, and storage room addition. Set up and poured in one day. Final pics coming soon!
