Not sure what to do first when you are considering the option to BUILD? If you are looking within a subdivision, you would want to know info specific to the area you are considering such as if you purchase a lot within a subdivision, what the HOA reqs are, if they allow OPEN BUILD, or if the subdivision is allotted to a SPECIFIC BUILDER no exceptions? As A Real Estate Agent, I would love to assist you should you choose this avenue, and if it is an OPEN BUILDER, we could partner with you further in the building of your NEW HOME!

Our customers said the Contractors they called just never showed up...maybe they are too busy which is possible, and/or maybe it is because most consider for such a small concrete job the $$$ are just not there?

Our Tri-Level Condo Remodel has almost reached completion....finishing up last touch ups, and minor details, then we are ready to turn this unit over to the Owner, and HOA Manager...best part for them is it’s already in process of being rented. Pics coming soon!!! Out with the old, In with the new....another great job by my AMAZING husband, DL Bortolotti
