Your manufacturing challenge probably didn't come out of a catalog. Your solution shouldn't either. โš™๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

At , custom induction machinery starts with understanding your process. What are you heating? How quickly? What temperatures do you need to achieve? How will parts move through production? What needs to happen before and after heating?

From there, our team engineers the complete solution.

That can include custom induction heating, automation, PLC controls, material handling, cooling systems, custom coils, and the machinery needed to bring it all together.

The result isn't just another machine on your production floor. It's equipment built specifically to help your operation perform.

When we talk about induction heating, the heat usually gets all the attention. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

But what's keeping everything else cool?

Proper cooling helps protect induction coils, power supplies, transformers, electronics, and other critical components. Flow rate, pressure, water temperature, system capacity, and even water quality can all affect how reliably an induction system performs.

That's why engineers cooling and closed-loop water systems around the application instead of treating cooling as an afterthought.

Our latest blog takes a closer look at the "cold side" of induction heating and why cooling system design matters for long-term performance.

When production stops, how quickly you can get answers matters. ๐Ÿ”ง

Choosing an induction partner isn't only about the equipment you purchase. It's also about what happens when you need parts, technical support, maintenance, or help getting production back online.

At , we've built our approach around long-term support:

โš™๏ธ Emergency response in as little as 1 to 2 days
๐Ÿ”ง Standard boards and modular blocks help make replacement parts easier to source
โšก Optimized systems can deliver energy savings of up to 60%
๐Ÿค Experienced technicians focused on getting your equipment back to work

We engineer systems for performance, but we're also here to support them after they leave our shop.

That's what a manufacturing partnership should look like.

This is what custom looks like. โš™๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Our lines aren't pulled from a catalog. They're engineered around the parts you're producing, your required cycle times, heating specifications, material handling needs, controls, and production goals.

ESC Induction can bring together custom induction heating, PLC controls, conveyors, cooling, material handling, and other automation into one coordinated system.

The result is machinery built to fit your process instead of asking you to change your process to fit the machine.

Have a production challenge that doesn't have an off-the-shelf answer? That's exactly the kind of conversation we like to have.

One partner. A whole lot of ways to keep production moving. ๐Ÿ”ฅโš™๏ธ

At , we engineer more than induction heaters. We work with manufacturers to develop complete solutions for their heating, cooling, automation, and production needs.

From custom induction systems and coils to cooling systems, controls, automation, and ongoing service, our goal is to understand the entire process and build around what your operation actually needs.

One team. One relationship. Solutions engineered around your process.

We use the word "custom" a lot, but what does it actually mean at ESC Induction? ๐Ÿค”

It means we don't start with a machine and figure out how to make your process fit it.

We start with your part, production requirements, cycle time, heating specifications, facility, and goals. Then we engineer the equipment around those requirements.

That could mean a custom induction coil, a standalone heating system, integrated automation, robotic material handling, specialized controls, or an entire production line.

The finished machines can look very different because the manufacturing challenges behind them are different.

That's the way we believe it should be built.

Engineered Around Your Process.

We bring the heat. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

But getting metal hot is only part of the job.

At , it's about delivering the right heat, in the right place, at the right time to keep your manufacturing process moving.

From forging and heat treat applications to fully automated production lines, our custom induction systems are engineered for precise, repeatable heating cycle after cycle.

Because when production is moving, you need more than heat.

You need control, consistency, and equipment built to perform. โš™๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Sometimes it's better to show the work than talk about it. ๐Ÿ”ฅโš™๏ธ

From the first stages of fabrication to final assembly and testing, there's a lot that happens inside the ESC Induction shop before a custom system reaches a customer's production floor.

Every machine you see in this video started with a manufacturing challenge. Our team engineered, built, wired, assembled, and tested a solution around that customer's specific process.

Take a look around the shop and see what we've been working on.

This is .

Does an aging induction system always need to be replaced?

Not necessarily. ๐Ÿ”ง

Sometimes the right answer is a new system. Other times, an equipment upgrade can address the problem and extend the useful life of machinery that's already in place.

At , we can evaluate existing induction equipment and help identify where upgrades may make sense, including controls, coils, cooling, automation, and other system components.

The goal isn't to sell you more equipment than you need. It's to understand what's limiting your current process and determine the most practical way forward.

Before you retire an older system, it may be worth finding out what it still has left to give. โš™๏ธ

August is shaping up to be a busy month at . ๐Ÿššโš™๏ธ

These systems are built, tested, packed up, and getting ready to head out the door to customers.

Seeing multiple machines lined up for shipment is always a good reminder of what happens behind the scenes before an ESC system reaches a production floor. Each one represents months of engineering, fabrication, wiring, assembly, testing, and teamwork from our crew.

And while they may be sitting side by side in the shop today, each system was engineered for a different customer, application, and manufacturing challenge.

That's custom machinery at ESC.

Next stop: the production floor.
