Lead and support a small crew
Handle facility maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC basics)
Oversee lawn care services (mowing, trimming, cleanups)
Keep jobs organized and clients taken care of
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in maintenance, lawn care, or similar work
Leadership mindset
Reliable, organized, and takes pride in their work
Valid driver’s license

💡 Bonus: ND Applicator license (or willingness to get it — we’ll support it)
