This week we're highlighting Juan! Juan is our newest client service manager. He started in June of 2020 with a background in excavation, later joining the pipe team for jetting and CCTV. He joined the CSM team in May. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and does crossfit training every day at 5 in the morning. He has plans for a half-marathon in November.

“I just like the people here; everybody here is great. Joe, Lou, Katie, and Matt have trained me as a CSM, and everyone in the field has your back. When I was in the field, some pipes hadn’t been touched in 10 to 15 years. Pipes have roots, blockages, collapses.

We’ve gotten annual clean-up contracts where we go and keep up with it. We had a job in Bath, PA recently. We first went out there in ‘23 to try and attack that – it was two 36 inch pipes filled with cement that were never touched. The first time it took us three days to clean, now it just takes us one day. It’s just routine maintenance now for the client.”

This week we're spotlighting Crystal, our client services coordinator! She's in charge of reaching out for project support and answering submissions for new work. Outside of work, she enjoys going for walks, playing sports with her kids, and spending time with her two daughters.

"Everyday I'm learning something new. The importance of utility locating is not to hit anything. It's good for you to know where everything is located on site. You don't want to damage something and pay so much more money than you would pay for locating."
