Framing is about 95% complete, and rough-ins are expected to begin over the next several weeks. The rooms and layout are taking shape, bringing this future Sneads Ferry hangout another step closer.

Nipper Construction Group is transforming an existing commercial property into the future home of , an indoor golf experience designed around private simulator play 24/7, training, and fitness.

A future gathering place for Sneads Ferry starts with getting the details right today.

At Foxy’s Tap Room, PM Landon is reviewing plans, measuring openings, and checking steel conditions before the next phase of construction depends on them. These field checks help reduce assumptions, prevent avoidable rework, and keep the project moving forward.

The measurements may be small, but they support a much bigger goal: delivering a well-built space where friends, neighbors, and visitors can gather and enjoy time together.

Los Portales – Sunnyvale required coordination across refrigeration, displays, utilities, storage, deliveries, inspections, and the way customers and staff move through the finished space.

That is what disciplined commercial construction looks like beyond the exterior.

Some days, a jobsite is full of people and activity. Other days, the project manager may be the only person there.

A quiet site does not mean the work has stopped.

Between active phases, there is always work between the work: reviewing plans, checking measurements, coordinating trades and deliveries, organizing the site, and cleaning up so the next crew can work safely and efficiently.

We stopped by to and caught our PM on this project Landon handling those less-visible responsibilities and preparing the project for what comes next. That daily ownership helps keep the work moving toward the bigger goal: delivering a new gathering place for the Sneads Ferry community.

This is what project management looks like when no one else is watching.

Island Burgers & Bites was built to support the owner, the team, and the customers who now enjoy it. Behind the finished space was careful coordination around the kitchen, utilities, closeout, training, and opening readiness.

Something new is taking shape in Sneads Ferry.

Foxy’s Tap Room is being built to become more than a finished space. It will give friends, neighbors, and visitors another local place to meet up, unwind, and spend time together.

These new exterior, and interior views show that future gathering place beginning to take shape. There is still work ahead, but each phase brings Foxy’s Tap Room closer to welcoming the community through its doors.

Nipper Construction Group is proud to help bring this new destination to Sneads Ferry, and we look forward to sharing more progress along the way.
