Carolina Asphalt Works was founded in 2024 by Tyler Edmondson. With over 11 years of Leading Industry experience, Tyler developed a strong passion for providing the highest quality asphalt services early on. Tyler began his journey in the asphalt industry working for a family friends paving company following his High school graduation. Tyler attended University of La Verne Studying Business Administration taking night classes while working full time for there family friends paving company during the day. Tyler quickly realized he had a strong passion for the asphalt industry and wanted to further pursue a career in the industry. Following his graduation with a BA in Business Administration Tyler obtained his California Contractors license and founded his first asphalt maintenance and paving company. After 4 years of hard work, dedication and many great customers Tyler made a tough decision to sell the company to pursue a dream of moving to the East Coast to be closer to family. Tyler quickly realized there was a STRONG need for quality line striping and asphalt maintenance on the east coast which led to the founding of Carolina Asphalt Works. Tyler looks forward to continuing his passion for the asphalt industry and providing North and South Carolina with the highest quality services.
