Now Hiring: Foreman / Lead Operator (Part and Full Time available)

Cladline Siteworks is looking for a reliable, skilled Foreman/Laborer hybrid who can take ownership on-site and get work done the right way.

This role is hands-on. You’ll be expected to lead small jobs, operate equipment, and jump in wherever needed.

We’re focused on clean, efficient work. No shortcuts.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing water and sewer lines
- Operating excavators, skid steers, and other equipment
- Digging basements and performing general excavation
- Reading grades and ensuring proper elevations
- Leading small crews or working independently on jobs
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience installing underground utilities (water/sewer)
- Confident operating an excavator
- Ability to read a tape, laser, and basic site plans
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Shows up on time and gets the job done without excuses
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

Position Details:
- Part-time (with full time available)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Work is primarily in the Columbus area

This customer’s culvert couldn’t handle the amount of precipitation coming through the ditch… it eventually washed out, collapsed and caused the whole ditch to dam up.

We went in, removed the old driveway and culvert, installed a properly sized culvert, widened and poured a new driveway, and built solid riprap headwalls for long-term erosion control.
