This customer is back up and running. Someone removed this customer’s disconnect and caused the ac unit to stop running. I replaced the service disconnect and also replaced a failing capacitor.

I recommend that all homeowners and property managers alike put a combination locks on all disconnects and only provide the code to service technicians. This can help prevent theft of service disconnects and keep unwanted people out.
