Who is struggling with wearing a mask?
So usually I try to motivate and keep my posts positive. But right now I'm feeling like I need to ask you guys advice on how to "live" with this "new normal".
I HATE Masks!!
How are we supposed to breathe if we are covering out nose and mouth???? πŸ™„πŸ€”πŸ˜¬
Are you guys getting chapped lips and breaking out around your mouth from wearing a mask too long ??? UGH 😷
The other day, I went shopping and I literally had to keep leaving the store to take off my mask so I could breathe. This is craziness. It's just surreal looking around and seeing a sea of masks on everyone. Adults and children.

My gym opened last week and I'm soooooo excited to be back in my "HAPPY PLACE".
I LOVE teaching spin. I enjoy MOTIVATING and INSPIRING people to have FUN while keeping FIT.

I just got back from a vacation in the country with my family. I worked really hard this summer and although I love my job, I really needed a break from my busy schedule.
I did NOT work out 😬, I indulged in yummy food, and I took a break from social media.
It was AWESOME!! lol.
I did NOT feel guilty. I enjoyed every minute of it.
Now that I'm back...I will resume my schedule but it was so good to just SLOW DOWN and spend quality time with my beautiful family.
One of the days, we went to Kessler's Farm. Thanks and Moshe for the recommendation. It was super fun and satisfying picking Sunflowers, veggies and fruit. I highly recommend this place if you go Upstate NY. Swipe left to see some pics...
