RPA Engineering began in 1989 with an exciting vision and a staff of three.

Over 25 years later we are more than 100 strong with five offices. Strategically located along the eastern corridor of the United States, our Corporate Headquarters in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania is only an hour from Philadelphia, two hours from New York City and three hours from Washington, DC. Our five regional offices provide a presence from Pennsylvania through Florida. RPA has completed projects in more than half the states in the country, Puerto Rico and Europe. Our engineers have successfully completed projects ranging in size and complexity from system and facility studies to major engineering efforts in support of large capital projects exceeding $60 million in total construction costs. RPA Engineering is excited to welcome two new team members to our Pittsburgh office!

Joining our Structural Engineering team is, Noah Dworakowski, a recent structural engineering graduate, bringing a fresh perspective as he begins his career with RPA.

We’re also pleased to welcome a Senior Mechanical Engineer, Andrew Dobies, with extensive experience supporting pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities. His industry knowledge and technical expertise will further strengthen our capabilities in this regionally emerging market.

We’re glad to have them both on board and look forward to the contributions they’ll make to our Pittsburgh team and our clients.

What a treat for our Wyomissing team!

Yesterday, the Special Blends Coffee Cart from the John Paul II Center in Reading, PA, stopped by with delicious iced coffee, lemonades, and cookies.

Later this year, the JPII Center plans to open a brick-and-mortar café, in partnership with Alvernia University, creating opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to gain hands-on education, workplace experience, and valuable life skills.

We were especially glad to welcome the Special Blends team during the final week of our 2026 Summer Internship Program. It was such a fun and meaningful way to celebrate our interns and wrap up a great summer together!

We’re proud to announce the promotion of David Horton to Manager of Design – Electrical at RPA Engineering.

Since joining RPA in 2021, David has supported industrial clients with power upgrades, equipment installations, and power system coordination while demonstrating a strong commitment to technical excellence, mentorship, and client success.

In his new role, David will help guide RPA’s electrical design team, strengthen design processes, and support the continued expansion of our capabilities in growing markets such as renewable energy, data centers, and other mission-critical facilities.
