Dear faithful customer,

The purpose of this message is to notify you that Hill Mechanical, LLC will be closing, effectively immediately, due to health reasons. As a one person small business, I am no longer able to perform the duties necessary to continue providing Business or Residential HVAC-R Services.
Thank you for your past business and support of our Native Owned Small Business over the years. It has been an honor to work with and provide services to you. We wish you all the best.

Please let me know if I can answer any questions or provide assistance as you make arrangements to work with a new HVAC-R business.

I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Respectfully,

Hello Yakama we are finally warming up. Please be sure to set thermostat at a reasonable temperature or it may freeze up.

These are busy days for me and I prioritize commercial customers first. I apologize if sometimes I just have to schedule out. I will try my best.

The Valley is expecting temperatures to reach into the 100’s next weekend. Most A/C units in this area are not equipped to handle those temperatures. It is best to close your windows, your shades and help Supplement with indoor fans (if needed) and leave your thermostat around 73 to 75. This will help you from freezing your evaporators inside and keep things working. Most equipment is not designed for that high of temperatures so may struggle. Thank you and stay cool Yakama!!

Hello it’s that time of year when the heat will start setting in. Check your filters and clear away around your outdoor units. This will help with the overall performance of your heating & cooling units.

We are in a heatwave the next few days remember:

1) Make sure your filters are clean
2) Even though its hot try not to set thermostat under 72

Thats a tough one I know, but it will help your unit from freezing up. Which causes it to stop working.

Stay cool everyone and stay safe.

The cool weather has set in earlier than most would like. Please call if you need your heating checked or serviced. 509-834-5947. Our primary business is in the Lower Yakima Valley and Yakama Reservation.

I am available for emergency situations after hours or on weekends.

Mini-Splits are a fantastic and inexpensive way to heat and cool a small office space or area in a home without ductwork. This one was placed on a small coffee shop. Give us a call if you are considering replacing your window a/c. This small unit works for heating as well as cooling.
