During the period of our work have been built tanks holding 1, 2 and 5 thousand cubic meters of 21 units, held the works on construction of high- pressure pipelines, the length of about 100 km in diameter from 108 to 426 mm in the field of oil and gas industry. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of works, the Company also purchased a new welding equipment, including inverter manufactured in the USA, Germany and Russia, welding machines, the installation/aggregate of air-plasma cutting machine, allowing efficiently and effectively produce cutting of metal up to 40 mm. In the production there are such welding machines as:
• The air-plasma cutting machine ( BARRACUDA RTC 60/100/150 (About the Society of Germany) for 3 units of power, a total of 9 units);
• 2 types of welding machine in quantity of 20 pieces of MILLER firm (USA) - 8 SuperArc CC / CV pieces and 8 of them are more powerful in performance, as well as 4 SuitCase X-TREME 12VS pieces, which have the ability to perform the following functions:
- manual electrode welding;
- solid wire welding;
- self-shielded cored wire welding;
- non-consumable (tungsten) electrode welding with a constant stream of inert gas (argon);
Our Company performs road works. For the road works implementation the Company has new modern imported equipment and machinery, such as “HITACHI”, “HYUNDAI”, “GIDROMEK” excavators on the pneumatic stroke and caterpillar, 25-ton “FOTON” dump trucks, 40-ton “HOWO” and “DONGFENG” dump trucks, 25- ton “HYUNDAI” dump trucks, graders, compactors, mobile concrete mixer on the basis of “DONGFENG” car, hot asphalt plant, asphalt distributor, tractor-trailers on the basis of “FOTON” imported cars. Also, we have six crane lifting capacity of which 16-25-50 tons and tractors on the basis of MST and KAMAZ vehicles, vehicles of «XCMG» class and other necessary machinery, which allow to perform work of any complexity in a timely manner, with a high quality. Our company has an extensive experience in assembling and dismantling of tanks by the sheet assembly and scanning methods, the construction of medium and high- pressure pipelines, both on the ground and belowground performance with pipe insulation, the implementation of overhaul and installation of heat exchange systems, technological furnaces, water and sewage networks, fabrication and installation of steel structures, the individual process units PNC.
