Mốc thối đỏ MÍA
Chắc hẳn bạn đã gặp nhiều khúc mía bị đỏ như dưới ảnh và ăn vào thấy chua. Bạn biết không? Đó là do nấm bệnh có tên là Apiospora arundinis gây ra đó. Nấm này sản xuất ra axit 3-nitropropionic gây độc cho người. Vì thế, đã có những trường hợp bị ngộ độc khi ăn những mẩu mía bị bệnh mốc thối đỏ như trên.
