[JL2] On May 28, JEIL Logistics 2 will hold a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Long Thanh Complex Logistics Center development project. This ceremony marks the beginning of the two-phase logistics center project (total land area: 10 ha) being pursued by JEIL E&C Group in the Long Thanh area of D**g-Nai province, a logistics hub in Southern Vietnam.

[JEIL Logistic 2] D**g Nai Project is Officially Underway! 🚧

Great news from D**g Nai! Construction of JEIL Logistics 2 has officially begun.

As of today, the project is already at 5% completion, with active land leveling and pile driving works in full swing. The team is moving quickly to build another world-class logistics facility, following the success of JEIL Logistics 1 in Hai Phong.

We’re excited to bring the same high standards of quality, safety, and modern design to D**g Nai, one of Vietnam’s key industrial hubs.

[JEIL Logistics 1] Safety First at JEIL Logistics 1 in Hai Phong! ✅🔥

Today, JEIL Logistics 1 successfully completed a comprehensive Fire Safety Inspection and Mock Firefighting Drill at our Hai Phong warehouse facility.

In coordination with the Hai Phong Fire Prevention and Fighting Police, our team conducted practical training including live sprinkler system testing, fire extinguishing drills, and emergency response simulations. The exercise demonstrated the readiness and effectiveness of our fire protection systems.

We are proud to announce that the Hai Phong Fire Fighter Police and Hai Phong Economic Zone Management Board (HEZA) have officially confirmed in writing that:
✅ JEIL has fully complied with all fire prevention and fighting requirements
✅ No violations were found
✅ We are fully permitted to continue operations

This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety for our team, tenants, and partners.

On April 21, the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) signed the "Basic Agreement for the Public-Private Consultative Body for the Southeast New City Development Project in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam" in Hanoi, Vietnam, in the presence of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea and the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam.

As a follow-up to the preliminary agreement signed in 2024, the agreement establishes a cooperative framework involving a total of 14 companies, including six public entities (including LH) and eight private entities. JEIL E&C Group, DAEWOO E&C, POSCO E&C were confirmed as preferred bidders for investment participation, while LH, acting as the overall project manager, put forward a package-type urban export model encompassing planning, design, investment, and construction.

The Southeast New City Development Project is the first export project of the "K-New City" initiative, involving the construction of a new city spanning a total of 8 million square meters in Bac Ninh Province, located approximately 18 kilometers from the Hanoi border. The plan envisions developing it into a premium city by applying Korean-style smart city technologies and eco-friendly designs.

In addition to the logistics warehouse development projects currently underway in Hai Phong and D**g Nai, JEIL GROUP plans to secure an opportunity to enter the new city development project by participating as a major investor in this project. 🇻🇳🇰🇷🙏

Recently, Jeil E&C Vietnam visited Zoolung Zoolung, an innovative indoor animal theme park inside a commercial complex in Seoul, Korea! 🙌

We were deeply impressed by its immersive setup: thoughtfully themed zones filled with rare and exotic animals (like parrots, colorful birds, otters, and more), creating constant surprises, excitement, and a dynamic journey.

The experience was refreshing and premium, thanks to exceptional cleanliness, an interactive feeding system (with cute neck pouches of pre-portioned food for seamless animal interactions), and intimate moments, like being surrounded by vibrant birds flying close by that felt closer to nature than any traditional zoo.

Zoolung Zoolung clearly took good care of the animals, prioritizing their welfare through periodic relocations to reduce stress in the indoor environment, reflecting genuine ethical responsibility and respect.

Overall, it offers fun, education (fostering empathy and learning for kids), and strong family bonding in a safe, enriching space. 🤗
