This past weekend, Per Magnus Skold from TriMech Design Solutions had the chance to take part in the IDSA Southern District Design Conference at Georgia Tech.

With support from Rachel Jackson, Magnus walked through best practices for moving an idea from early concept sketches into CAD using SOLIDWORKS, and officially premiered TriMech’s SOLIDWORKS for Industrial Designers course.

We want to give special thanks to Patricia Moore, whose impact on human‑centered design continues to influence the industry.

As well as thanks to Warren Ginn, FIDSA, Kevin Shankwiler, and the IDSA Southern District team for putting together such a thoughtful event.
