Jamplast Inc. is hiring a new Production Supervisor for our plant in Mount Vernon, IN, where we operate a 100,000 sq ft manufacturing, distribution and warehousing facility. This facility has processing capabilities; grinding, blending, shredding, and metal separation.
Experience Required:
· Supervising and operating a plastic grinding machine, shredder and metal separation machine.
· Leadership experience in a manufacturing operation
· Tracking performance and QC.
· Manufacturing operations to include scheduling and prioritization of work processes to meet deadlines and optimization of operations.
· Communication skills both written and oral to execute within and outside the organization for completion of work and processes.
· Manufacturing safety training and knowledge for managing a safe work environment.
