We specialize in new home custom builds and remodels. We empower our employees in developing experience and superb skills in their career, by delivering high-quality craftsmanship in the construction industry. We are hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and remodeling , excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead crews while working directly with the builder and clients. Providing oversight on projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard are the main duties of our Lead Carpenter.

Responsibilities:
โ— Manage subcontractors and trades on new residential construction & remodeling projects
โ— Secure and organize all necessary jobsite materials
โ— Schedule and attend inspections
โ— Assist and mentor carpenters and crew members on site
โ— Track punch lists and project progress
โ— Pick up and deliver jobsite materials as needed
โ— Communicate clearly with builder and clients about project status and timelines
โ— Solve issues quickly and keep projects on schedule
โ— Maintain organized and stocked company vehicle

Requirements:
โ— Proven experience in carpentry and residential building and remodeling
โ— Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
โ— Strong leadership, communication, and planning skills
โ— Knowledge of construction practicesโ€”from foundations to finishing work
โ— Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes
โ— Ability to direct, manage, and train others
โ— Posses a Valid driverโ€™s license

Compensation & Benefits:
โ— $22โ€“$30/hour base pay (depending on experience)
โ— Performance-based bonuses (earning potential $30โ€“$35/hour)
โ— Sign-on bonus after 90 days
โ— Company vehicle
โ— Desirable work hours Mon.- Fri. 8-4:30p

Local established Custom Builder/Remodeler is looking to hire an experienced Lead Carpenter/Carpenter to join our team.

Requirements:
โ€ข Must have a valid driverโ€™s license

โ€ข Must have carpentry experience to include: framing, deck and covered porch construction, setting windows and doors, handrail and stair installation, installing interior doors and trim, installing cabinets, laying flooring including hardwood and LVT/LVP flooring, installing interior hardware, and finish/punch out tasks.

โ€ข Qualified applicants must understand all phases of the residential building process.
