⚡️RIDER FOCUS GROUP AT KOFA HQ⚡️

This week, we welcomed riders, the Kofa team and our partner Somoco for a new Rider Focus Group session at KOFA HQ.

The goal was simple: create direct conversations between the people building the ecosystem and the riders using it every day.

During the session, we introduced the latest updates on the Swap & Go app, shared upcoming platform improvements and opened discussions around everyday rider challenges.

Somoco also joined the conversation to explain how spare parts work:
• pricing
• responsibilities
• availability
• support process

The new spare parts price list was one of the biggest topics of the day and an important step to help riders maintain their bikes more easily and keep working with confidence.

At Kofa, we believe clean mobility only works when the full ecosystem works together — energy, bikes, service, support and honest conversations with riders.

While most riders only see the swap station, there’s a whole team moving behind the scenes to keep the network alive every single day.

Meet Hope, Franklyn, ones of the dispatch riders helping move batteries across the city, supporting the Network Management team to make sure stations stay ready for riders from morning to night.

Their smile says a lot about the spirit behind Kofa today:
show up early, stay moving, solve problems fast, and keep the energy flowing.

Reliability is built with technology AND by people who care enough to make sure riders can keep going without interruption.

To all the teams behind the swaps, the monitoring, the charging, the dispatching and the late-night operations, this network moves because of you.

THANK YOU FOR SHOWING UP ⚡

On April 13, the Kofa Club brought together a community that showed up with curiosity, honesty, and energy.

Fuel riders came through to test the bike and experience the network for themselves. That was the goal. Real testing, real understanding.

Big respect to for joining us and helping push the conversation forward. These moments matter when it comes to educating and building trust.

We shared demos, answered questions, and most importantly, listened. The feedback we received is helping us improve the network and make it work better for you.

Special mention to the women who joined this session. Seeing you step in, test, and engage means a lot.

NAIROBI, WE’RE HERE 🇰🇪
Today wasn’t a launch, it was a listening session.
Our first Kofa meet-up in Kenya brought riders together for a focus group and live test drives of the Cheche electric motorcycle, powered by Kofa.
With & we didn’t come to just present a motorcycle. We came to ask questions.
What do riders in Nairobi really need? What makes a swap network reliable here? What would make your daily rides smarter, more profitable, and stress-free?
The feedback was really honest. Exactly what we wanted.
Kenya is an active, fast-moving market. Growth here will come from understanding riders, building trust, and showing up consistently.
This is how we build:
