Cold Conservatory?!.. We throughly enjoyed this project, taking a cold, condensated space into a new, warm, comfortable living area for this family. Framed building fully heavily insulated throughout. Lintels installed above openings to make them structurally sound. All finished off with new flooring, an LED lit media wall full of storage, new windows and doors and that grey cladding which we love! All ready for the customer to paint. Fully built from scratch. Behind every door is a deep cupboard, each door with push to open spring mechanisms to keep a sleek handle free finish. Surround sound system incorporated. Colour changing, remote controlled LED lights built in for that finishing touch 💡

Storage.. No homes are built with it but every home needs it! This wardrobe for example, started as an awkward boxing in over a stairway, over 1 square meter in size! Regular customer of LM D&B wanted us to design and build the inside of this beautiful oak porch for them. As you can see this is quite a tight space to build something practical in but we achieved it as always. Floor raised and insulated, LVT flooring laid and units built around the space for practical storage. We didn’t build the oak porch structure itself as the customer didn’t know we did them.. But we do!

A Vision brought to life!.. I constantly surprise myself with these house transformations, they really do have the wow factor. This property had little to no insulation. It was stripped back and insulation with high thermal value insulating board before being rebuild and cladded in slate Grey weatherboards. With the addition of some lighting and new plastic fascia’s, soffits and dry verge system it really looks the part and retains heat a lot lot longer.. Interested?.. message or call to enquire 📞
