| Smarter Hybrid Energy Operation!Today, we are sharing a typical hybrid energy project that helps the customer reduce electricity costs and improve power reliability.

📌 Project Challenge & background

The customer needed to increase solar self-consumption, reduce grid electricity use and maintain stable power for essential household loads during outages.

📌 CNTE Solution

CNTE deployed a STAR Q 50kW/109kWh PV-diesel-ESS hybrid system, integrated with a 36kWp rooftop PV system and a diesel generator.

The system stores surplus solar energy for use after sunset and intelligently coordinates solar, battery, grid and diesel power based on actual energy demand.

📌 Customer Value

The solution helps reduce annual grid electricity consumption by approximately 35,000kWh and provides more than three days of backup power for lighting, refrigeration, internet connectivity and other essential loads.

🎉 A new C&I ESS Project Delivered in ! A 400kW/928kWh C&I ESS project has been successfully deployed in Belgium, powered by 4 × CNTE STAR-H (100kW/232kWh) all-in-one liquid-cooled energy storage systems.

● Application: Machining Factory peak-valley arbitrage

● Project Specifications: 400kW / 928kWh

● Customer Requirements: The customer was looking for a smarter way to reduce energy costs through peak shaving and valley filling. By optimizing electricity consumption without affecting daily production, the goal was to lower operating expenses and improve long-term economic returns.

● Solution: The project adopts 4 × CNTE STAR-H (100kW/232kWh) all-in-one liquid-cooled energy storage systems. Through intelligent charging during off-peak hours and discharging during peak-demand periods, the system optimizes the factory's load profile, helping reduce peak demand charges while ensuring stable and efficient operation.

● Benefits: The deployment enables the customer to lower electricity costs, improve energy utilization, and maximize the economic value of electricity consumption, supporting more efficient and sustainable manufacturing operations.
