Nice little job done on Saturday for a returning customer re skimming a bedroom ceiling.

Completed this one before Christmas.

Customer was having water ingress on some areas of the house due to the condition of the render and part of the house being old brick work.

Primed, meshed and pinned with a silicone finish in an off white.

We’re taking bookings for rendering from April on, get in touch for a free quote for any rendering work.

Customer was having damp issues in their newly renovated kitchen. After abit of investigation we found that the gutter outside was leaking water saturating the wall and the previous work had used bonding to patch up the wall which is not a suitable product to use on a solid external wall with no cavity.

Gutter has been fixed, bonding hacked out and replaced with the correct materials.

A bedroom we re plastered yesterday.

Forgot to take photos before but the old walls needed a fair bit of prep to get things straightened out before skimming, 2x coats of plaster and room left smooth ready for decoration.

Another small skimming job completed today dodging the rain, back on the rendering tomorrow.

Everything protected, radiator temporarily removed and replaced and job left clean and tidy 👌🏻
