Introducing the Aurora Project! It's not every day that you are asked to renovate an original 100-year-old kitchen and this one was certainly ready for an update! We began by removing two bearing walls to open the space. New windows, drywall, cabinets, flooring, tile and paint and the finished space is simply AMAZING.

Introducing the Madison Project! This century old two-story building has been an office for a Grand Rapids faith-based organization for many years. The structure itself has good bones but the church felt a calling to renovate this space and covert it into a duplex. The purpose of this new space would be to help families that have suffered with domestic violence. Listening to their ideas and touring the building, we (...by we I mean, 80 volunteers and 8 subcontractors) were 100% committed to make this happen on-time and on-budget. Now looking at these pictures its clear this will be a place for shelter, healing and recovery to those who need it most.

Putting the final touches on the Lake House Project this week. The renovated space consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchenette with live edge maple counter and a family room with large windows overlooking the lake. The overall project is stunning and we know this space will be enjoyed by this family and friends for years to come. Call today if you'd like to get your project on our 2023 schedule. New tile floor, mirror, light, baseboard and fresh paint on walls/vanity. This bathroom refresh turned out so great!

Putting the final touches on this ceiling with shiplap and crown molding. We just finished the installation of the 22 foot distressed country beam complete with old style iron brackets. Thank you to Bruce and Kathy Hofstra for letting us be a part of your home renovation.
