In the spirit of being “one team,” we recently moved our Holiday Hill employees to the former Pioneer office on Big Spring. We’re excited to be together in one place and are glad that the office move gave us another opportunity to give back by donating office supplies to 25+ local nonprofits.

Our commitment to safe and responsible operations underpins everything we do at ExxonMobil. Last week, we were honored to host community leaders and members of our executive team at our new state-of-the-art safety training facility – the Personnel Safety Management System University in Carlsbad.

The PSMS program has already trained nearly 5,000 employees, contractors and vendors. The new facility will enable us to expand capacity, support our growing operations, and ensure every worker is equipped to work safely.

In 2024, we celebrated our 1,000th horizontal well milestone in the Delaware Basin, a prolific oil and natural gas region that spans southeastern New Mexico and West Texas.

Today, we’re marking another major achievement in the basin – production of more than 600,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day! That’s a record and a 60% increase year over year across more than 1,250 wells.

Thank you to our dedicated team who achieved this big milestone while demonstrating an unwavering commitment to safe and responsible operations.

We had a fantastic afternoon designing and building gingerbread houses — all in support of Midland Fair Havens, an organization dedicated to helping families break cycles of abuse and poverty.
