We were honored to serve as the presenting sponsor for the 24th Annual Bustin' Clay for United Way, benefiting United Way of Midland. Over 600 registered shooters came out for an incredible day of competition, camaraderie, and community giving.

Thanks to everyone’s support, United Way of Midland raised more than $307,000. Every dollar raised will go directly to United Way of Midland’s annual campaign, supporting dozens of local nonprofit programs focused on health, education, and financial stability in our community.

We're proud to support National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and its conservation efforts that strengthen ecosystems and protect the unique natural resources of southeastern New Mexico and West Texas.

A healthy watershed supports wildlife from the grasslands to the river. 🌾💧

NFWF is investing nearly $1.2 million through the Pecos Watershed Conservation Initiative to restore habitat, improve ecosystem function and support native species across southeastern New Mexico and West Texas.

Four grants awarded to CEHMM, Chaves Soil & Water Conservation District, University of Missouri-St. Louis and Borderlands Research Institute will help conserve grassland habitats for pronghorn and migratory birds while protecting unique desert aquatic species, including the Pecos gambusia, which is found nowhere else in the world.

The Pecos Watershed Conservation Initiative is a partnership between NFWF and Oxy, Bureau of Land Management, ConocoPhillips, Chevron, ExxonMobil Permian and Apache Corporation.

We recently presented Carlsbad Municipal School District with a $100,200 contribution to expand access to STEM education. This contribution will strengthen the Energy Pathway program and expand high-quality STEM learning opportunities for students.

As students and teachers head back to school, our Carlsbad team was proud to provide 800 school supply bags for teachers and hundreds of backpacks and additional supplies for students across Carlsbad Municipal School District.

Strong schools help build strong communities, and we're proud to invest in the next generation of leaders, innovators, and problem-solvers. We wish students, teachers, and families a successful school year and look forward to seeing all they achieve in the year ahead.

We were honored to join forces across our Delaware, Midland, and Spring teams this week to serve alongside Breaking Bread Kitchen. Breaking Bread does meaningful work every day, providing nourishing meals, warm showers, and dignity to those in need in Midland.

Another win on the board! Our team took 1st place in the YMCA Corporate Cup kickball tournament after an impressive four-game run this past week.

Recently, we presented The Eddy County Fair with $10,000, supporting community traditions and helping fund scholarships for local students.

The fair brings Southeast New Mexico together every year to celebrate agriculture, 4-H and FFA programs, and the hard work of local students.
