The LM1 Ford Super Duty Forged Inner Cs were developed with optimized geometry to improve strength and load distribution without simply making the component heavier.

Manufactured from forged 1045 carbon steel and precision post-machined, they’re designed around 2008–2016 Ford Super Duty knuckle and outer-end geometry for custom axle fabrication.

In LM1’s comparative FEA testing under the same 5,000 lb simulated load, the LM1 design showed:
