Tile work completed!

My only part in this bathroom was the waterproofing and tile

Came in and installed the shower pan and plumbing

Waterproof entire area with schluter ditra products

Bathroom remodels wrapped up!

Who doesn’t love carpet in a bathroom? Most people haha

Old leaky whirlpool bath tub ripped out

Toilet room built

All new lighting, fixtures, vanities, toilets and a fresh coat of paint in both rooms

New LVP flooring from Chillicothe Carpet installed throughout bathrooms and master bedroom

Flexstone shower unit bigger and better than the previous with a beautiful Ove shower door

A lot of pictures incoming but this is where we have been since early fall! Complete home Reno from top to bottom, inside and out.

This old home needed some serious work but we were able to get the family in for the holidays.

I’ll let the before and after pictures speak for themselves on this one.

Plumbing, drywall, electrical, trim, painting, siding, insulation ,shingles, framing, flooring. The house basically covers it all.

Gouge quality roofing takes the credit for the exterior we handed off that portion of the project to another local company that does great work!

My wife and i are going to be taking a much needed break from social media! It has all just become too toxic and depressing to have on a day to day basis, so for the time being I will not be available on this platform. Even my messenger is going byebye. For now Its a temporary but i have hopes i just won’t redownload it ever.

The driest and hardest ground I’ve ever dug in my life, but it’s done!

Beautiful privacy fence to shield from neighbors and a nice boarder to the property on the other side

I wish I could say I’ll never dig another hole but we start another fence next week haha. It was a pleasure working for these folks, she is a baker so we got sweet treats every day to keep us moving 😋

Finished off the underside of this porch roof today!

Shiplap stained with a cedar tone

We went over the existing beams with the same stain to freshen it all up

The folks were getting tired of birds doing their business in everything so we went through and custom fit screen on all of the openings and trimmed around them.

Front door was due for a new coat of stain as well so we sanded it down, stained and finished it as well while we were on the job

I think it turned out absolutely beautiful

Latest deck wrapped up!

Customer decided to downsize so we ripped out an entire section of this 20+ year old deck and rebuilt a smaller portion.

Posts holding up the roof are newer but covered with bore bee holes so we took the time to wrap them with 1x8 for a fresh new look!

Customer also mentioned being tired of animals calling the underside home so we enclosed the entire bottom as well, no more skinks and raccoons calling your deck home.

Hand built railing, and this is by far my favorite to do! No cheap spindles that bow and twist, nice 6” handrail for sitting flowers, coffee cups, your favorite bevarage 🍻 on

And to finish it off a nice wide set of steps to get yourself to it into the yard

Kitchen remodel wrapped up last week!

The cabinets were painted, we did install two base cabinets on the side for a little bar.

Konkus came in and laid down some beautiful black granite tops

Fresh coats of paint on the walls and ceiling to brighten the room up

Some new lighting and all new outlets and switches installed

Beautiful tile backsplash and some shelving finished the area off!

Forgot to post this one from a couple weeks ago

Standard treated pine deck for a close friends family.

Old deck was 20+ years old and ready to be ripped out and rebuilt. We also removed a few bushes and brought the deck out a full 16’ for some extra space!

Got this one done just in time for their party.

Dodging rain this year has made completing anything a challenge but here we are
