What we check on every single unit:
• Power-on / boot behavior
• Output voltage under real load (not just open-circuit)
• USB-C PD + DC output ports
• Built-in display readings vs. measured values
• Final visual + packaging check
Why we do it this way:
A Starlink Mini that drops out at sea or a battery that under-delivers on a job site doesn't just cost you a replacement — it costs you the customer. We'd rather catch the 1 in 500 here than have it land at your warehouse.
