Job description:
Looking for experienced roofer who has knowledge and experience in:
Roofing - Tear-off and installation of roofing materials (i.e. asphalt shingles, metal).
Should be able to operate hand-tools and have knowledge in job-site safety.
Should be able to cut various materials (wood, metal etc.) with precise measurements.
Should be able to lift heavy objects, up to 50lbs regularly.
Duties will include property clean-up.
Candidates must:
Be able to pass a criminal background check.
Be drug and alcohol free and willing to take a drug test.
Must be able to take direction and then work independently.
Have reliable transportation, Valid drivers license required and insurance.
Be able to lift 100 pounds or more.
Be on time (tardiness will not be accepted) and work at least an 8 hour shift, work up to 40 hours a week.
Be a quick learner and show a sense of urgency when working.
Work well with others.
Candidates need to be able to be self-starters, yet take direction from supervisor.
Professional in appearance and demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience, possible piece rate.

Applicant's should:

Be willing and able to pass a drug test.

Be willing and able to pass a criminal background check.

Have reliable transportation.

Have a valid driver's license.

Construction lead person shall perform daily activities (i.e. framing, demo, installing flooring, etc.) on job sites. Lead person is also responsible for ensuring that work orders are being followed by employees when owner is not on job site.

Busy construction company looking for a full-time carpenter or skilled laborer. Job will consist of residential remodels as well as new construction. Must have a valid driver's license and own hand tools. Must be able to operate a skill saw, properly read a tape measure, stand for long periods of time on your feet and lift 40-80lbs for up to 8 hours a day.

Workflow:

-Assist in the completion of installing decks, flooring, cabinets, counters, windows, doors etc.
-Framing - Additions, new homes
-Follow direction of the on-site supervisor with regards to daily responsibilities
-Work collaboratively with the rest of the on-site team

We’re Seeking:

-Construction Experience: 1 year
-Carpentry Experience: 1 year
-Possess a valid driver’s license - Must have clean driving record (you may be driving our trucks and trailers)
-Reliable transportation or the guaranteed ability to show up to work on time every day, without exception. Must be punctual and show up on time!
-Must be professional in appearance and as a communicator
